1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the jet7a platform (accessible at jet7a.com and any associated mobile or web application), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and jet7a (the "Platform" or "we" or "us").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jet7a platform and close your account. 2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the jet7a platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are not acting as an agent, intermediary, or proxy for any other person or entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a jet7a employee or contractor.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jet7a or had an account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are using your own payment methods — deposits and withdrawals must be made using accounts registered in your own name.

Age Verification

jet7a reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point. Documents accepted for age verification include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Until age verification is satisfactorily completed, jet7a may restrict access to certain platform features, including withdrawal processing. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and any funds held in that account will be handled in accordance with applicable guidelines on underage gambling.

3 Account Registration and Security

One Account Per Player

If jet7a identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and any pending withdrawals may be voided pending investigation. Balances held across duplicate accounts will be consolidated into a single account at jet7a's discretion.

Account Security and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. jet7a will never contact you to request your password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jet7a support immediately at [email protected]. jet7a recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to provide an additional layer of security.

Account Verification (KYC)

In accordance with standard responsible gaming and anti-fraud practices, jet7a requires identity verification before processing your first withdrawal. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices. Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time) are typically processed within minutes for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

jet7a reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed ৳50,000 or that are flagged by our fraud detection systems. Currency

Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balance voided and may face permanent account closure. Genuine winnings generated prior to the detection of abuse may also be subject to review.

Promotions for Bangladesh Players

Certain promotions on the jet7a platform are available exclusively to players registered from Bangladesh. 6 Betting and Casino Game Rules

In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and a specific game or betting rule, the specific rule shall prevail for that product.

Sports Betting

All bets placed on the jet7a sportsbook are subject to the following general conditions:

7 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the jet7a platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with the integrity of the platform and the experience of other players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

Prohibited Activities

• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Opening more than one account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets, exploit bonuses, or interact with the platform outside of normal player behaviour.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jet7a platform — including logos, trademarks, game graphics, text, software, data, and design elements — is the property of jet7a or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written authorisation from jet7a.

Player Communications

By registering a jet7a account, you consent to receiving transactional communications by email and SMS, including account security alerts, deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, and KYC requests. 8 Account Suspension and Closure

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your jet7a account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Self-Exclusion

Suspension and Closure by jet7a

jet7a reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against jet7a by the player.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, jet7a reserves the right to void all outstanding bets, forfeit all bonus balances, and retain any deposited funds pending a full investigation. Genuine winnings accrued prior to the breach may be returned at jet7a's discretion following the conclusion of the investigation.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. jet7a will notify you by email prior to applying dormancy status to your account. A dormant account administration fee of ৳100 per month may be deducted from the account balance where a real-money balance remains. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and complete any outstanding verification requirements. If a dormant account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.

Amendments to These Terms

jet7a reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, jet7a will provide advance notice via email to all registered players. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.
